He is studying to be a flight instructor and currently works for TSA in Las Vegas. How have you gained knowledge or continued your education after high school? Attended Cal-State, Los Angeles and received a BA in political science-public administration. What would like to share about your life's work? Worked for City of Los Angeles for 31 years. Retired in 2002 as a senior management analyst for the fire department. What special interests and/or activities have you enjoyed during the last half century? Enjoy travel and working out at the gym. Enjoy living in Las Vegas. Please share the highlights of the places you've lived or traveled Traveled to Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Africa. What is your favorite AHS Memory? Forming a new YMCA club, Lokahi and playing tennis. going to the football games. What are your favorite books or movies? Enjoy many movies, too many to list. Beatles, Beach Boys, Dave Clark Five and most of British bands. How do you spend your quality time? Spend time with family and going to the Las Vegas Athletic Club 3 times a week. enjoy going down to the Strip and visiting the hotels. Enjoy time with friends that we have met in Las Vegas. My husband and I worked on the 2010 census teams in Las Vegas and we serve as poll officers in Clark County's elections. In your life thus far, what stands out as most significant, growth-producing, moving, or heart-opening? Having my son and working 31 years to retirement. What matters most to you about the life you've lived? Having good health, faith and a family. As you move forward into the future, what are your aspirations, hopes, dreams? To be blessed with good health and to travel in the future. What do you still hope to accomplish or experience? (What's left on your bucket list?) Visiting friends in England and visit new places around the world. What else would you like to share about yourself?
